To All BHG Hotels Employees:
My name is Frank Khoury, Owner & Designer of Inn Web Designs, Las Vegas, Nevada.
In October, 2002, I was contacted and hired by Buggsi Patel & BHG Hotels to design
websites for 15 of their hotels.
Two weeks later, I left for Oregon and to my first of the 15 destinations. I traveled
to every property spanning 3 states and stayed an average of 5 days at each. This letter
is my unbiased, first hand assessment of the BHG Hotels that I visited. Due to the nature
of my work, I literally stay in hotels an average of 11 months out of the year and I can
say with confidence that during my 6 week assignment, I did not find one BHG property that
was lacking in cleanliness, uniformity, amenities and cheerful, enthusiastic employees. In
a nut shell, no matter which hotel I went to, I was very impressed when I left.
I would have to say that the most memorable aspect of each hotel was their staff. We were
treated with a degree of respect and consideration that I have rarely seen in other comparable
hotels. Their employees were always helpful and friendly above and beyond the call of duty.
They would bend over backwards to make sure that my stay was comfortable and that I had all
of the information that I needed. The professional qualityof the staff didn't end with the
front desk and management. Housekeeping, (the maids) were incredible. I don't remember a
single time that a request was not answered with a smile and prompt service.
I have designed websites for 100’s of hotels, motels & Inns, but this is the only time
that I ever felt the urge to share my opinions about any of my clients publicly. To the Staff
and Management at all 15 BHG hotels, Thank You! The value you have placed on customer
satisfaction is to be commended, not to mention that you made my job,designing your websites,
a truly enjoyable one.
